Growing up, I witnessed the stress my father faced while working hard to provide for our family. It was a challenging experience that planted a seed of curiosity in me: How can we balance work and well-being?
This question became my guiding force. Over the years, I pursued education and training in physiology and psychology, equipping myself with tools and techniques to help others navigate the stress and challenges of modern life.
